WARRANTY, RETURN POLICY AND DELIVERY TERMS
Returns: We will be happy to accept returns for anything that arrives with damage due to rough handling by the shipping carrier. If it is a small item that cannot be repaired or salvaged (such as an alcohol meter) we only require a photograph and we will send you a replacement. If we sent you the wrong item by some small chance, or if it arrives damaged, we will pay for the return shipping. If one of our stills is damaged during shipping (very unlikely) we will ship you a replacement item free of charge as soon as we receive the damaged still or part of a still. If you want the replacement item shipped before we receive the damaged item, we will require a deposit which we will refund when we receive the damaged item. If you want to return an item and be refunded for it, shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted on used stills.
Returns must be done within 14 days of the time you receive your order and the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Copper Pro warrants all of its distiller fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for one (2) year from the date of purchase. The original dated sales receipt from an authorized dealer is required for any warranty claims. Copper Pro will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price to the consumer. All costs of installation and removal of the fixture are the responsibility of the consumer. This warranty does not cover fixtures becoming defective due to misuse, accidental damage or improper handling and/or installation and specifically excludes liability for direct, incidental or consequential damages.
Scratches and stains that can occur under normal use over a period of time will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover; shipping cost, labour cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage.

For all forms of submittal, please provide the following information:
1) Provide the name/description of the product for which you are submitting a claim.
2) Thoroughly explain the defect or problem. The more details you provide, the better we can assist you.
3) Provide your proof of purchase, e.g., where Company product was purchased, date of purchase, order number(s), etc.
4) Your name, address, phone number and email address.
Once you have submitted your claim, you will be contacted within 3 business days. Thank you, our apologies for any inconvenience.
International Shipments & Freight Forwarding: International buyers please contact us before you purchase, as the website may not calculate shipping properly our larger equipment. All international orders within size limitations will be shipped USPS priority Mail International (6-10 business days). There is a small chance that it might take up to 15 days or longer, once your payment is confirmed, to receive your new items. Though 90% of shipments arrive within 10 days or less, we do not personally deliver the products.
We have shipped our stills and parts of stills all over the world without ever having any problems with customs. Customs forms for items shipped through regular mail will be labelled as “copper pipe & parts”.
Resale / Wholesale Accounts: If you are a licensed business and would like to sell our stills in your store, feel free to contact us about a wholesale account. Discounts are available for most of our products.
We gladly accept Paypal, credit/debit cards and money orders via Fondy.
Credit Cards: All major credit/debit cards are accepted through the standard checkout.
Shipping: In order to help avoid mail theft, all orders will be shipped to you discreetly with the business owners name on the mailing label. Packaging will be plain. In order to keep shipping costs down, we use recycled packing materials & newspaper for packing.

3. Placing an order for products

3.2. Any order placed on this Site for the Product is an offer from you to purchase a specific Product at the price indicated (including delivery and other fees and taxes) at the time of placing the order.
3.3. All pictures are the same as the products we sell.
4. Acceptance or rejection of the order
4.1 We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available, if the request contains an error or a description or the price of the product published on the Site is erroneous.
4.2. Each order placed through the Site that we accept leads to a separate binding agreement between you and us for the delivery of these Products. For each order we accept, we will provide you with the Products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4.3. We do not guarantee that any product is applicable for a specific purpose or use. You should do your own research because the technical requirements or security requirements apply to your own situation before using any Copper Pro’s product.
5. Restrictions on products
5.1. You warrant that you will not use our products in such a way as to contradict any laws in the country in which you use them.
6. Cancellation of the order
6.1. We may cancel any order or part of the order (including any orders we have accepted) without any liability to you at any time at any time if:
(a) the requested items in this order are not available; or
(b) there is an error in the price or description of the product placed on the Site with respect to the relevant Product in this Order; or
(c) the order was placed in violation of these terms and conditions.
6.2. You can cancel the order, provided that it is not an individual order before packing to be sent without penalty. If the order has been packed or shipped, you are responsible for the shipping and packing costs. Individual sales orders are final. Prepayment for special orders is not refundable.
