Perfect portable size
Perfect portable size for my smaller groups. The 28 l still with oil separated is great for bigger groups and projects. The craftsmanship is very refined and the communication and customer service are wonderful. No issues with importing and FedEx deal with the import duty side of things and you just refund FedEx. Excellent customer engagement skills as well as being technical. I have been fortunate to have different types of boiler/stills (glass, Alembic, Stovetop, and Stainless Steel 20L units), as well as mentors. Still a lot to learn though! This unit is so far on a par with my best ones. Tried it out first with some Lavandula angustifolia and it went well. I did not have much material as I have already did the majority of my Summer distillations. Next year, I plan to use it much more. So grateful that the friendly people at Copper Pro are in this business!
