Works well slight damage during delivery but working well
I love my mini copper distiller. I have been using it to produce hydrosol from lavender, rose and quince. It works very well. Aside from its functionality, it is also a beautiful decoration. I am very happy with my purchase. Additionally, Lurii was super helpful with his advice. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I certainly would recommend Copper-Pro if you ever need a copper distiller.

I received my copper pro oil distillation unit quicker than I expected. It is such high quality and well made. It came with everything I need. I haven't used it yet as I am still harvesting my plants but it makes a beautiful piece in my dining room. Video instructions come with it and it is easy to understand and use. I’m really enjoying making lavender oil!
I found it very easy to set up and use. I got quite a bit of essential lavender oil and lots of useful hydrosol. One of my bushes is having a second growth of lavender, so I will use the distiller one more time this season.

Love my distiller! It's a work of art. Super fast shipping (much quicker than expected/quoted), especially considering it came from Ukraine to California during the war with Russia. Great buying experience and I highly recommend buying from this seller.
The quality of the distiller is fine. A little of dent is expected since copper is a quite soft metal. The water adapter does not fit my water tap, maybe need to provide more choices for different sizes.
Our Distiller arrived much sooner than expected, took less than a week to ship from Ukraine to California. You can tell everything is made with very high quality. The Seller includes a booklet with very helpful information on how to get started including information on how to clean everything and what to do before you use it for the first time. They include a faucet adapter so you can run water directly from a sink into the condenser chamber to cool the water which is really nice if you use it. For us our burner was too far from the sink so we chose to buy a bucket and a small fountain pump to circulate cold water to keep the condenser cool. You will need a lot of ice if you use this method and will want to keep an eye on the water in the bucket as it can start heating up fairly quick. Would definitely purchase again!

Fittings for water supply did not fit so I had to buy part to connect. Thermometer melted within 2 minutes-i have a gas stove and heat from flame rose up side and destroyed it. Directions for pump attachment were vague (to me) so I had a bit of trouble and a wet mess getting started. My 1st product was basil-wasye of time but I learned a lot with a product that was not really important to me. Now, when I'm ready to distill oil from lavender, I'm more informed and comfortable with process.

Love this distiller! Perfect size! Easy to set up and use! Directions are easy to follow! Works like a dream. I have distilled lemon thyme, lavender, orange peels, catnip, rosemary.. etc! I love this distiller 10/10 would recommend!
The clamp was slightly harder to install than the videos implied but, as a whole, the still worked well for hydrolat. I did not get the amount of essential oil that I expected - 1ml from two batches half filled with lemongrass. Also, the lemongrass did not expand as the manual said. Perhaps it's the drought we've had. I will try again when time allows.
The still arrived in about 2 weeks and it looks exactly like in the photos. It's quite bigger than l expected. It has all its accessories and all its components, so it's all ready to use, although l haven't gotten to that yet. It's flawless, the craftmanship is just perfect, no dents or anything, it looks and feels like high quality. I have not used it yet, but based on how it presents itself, l highly recommend it. Customer service is top notch as well. Keep this up, Copper Pro!
Easy to set up. Water hookup is entirely useless in the USA. Better off with a water pump since you know the flow output. But love it

I am amazed how easy it is to setup and use I am so happy with my Copper Pro distiller. My first run was with lavender and it was very successful. I am planning many different plants plus will use the rosemary that you sent with it. I am amazed how easy it is to setup and use.

It arrived on time, earlier than expected. Well packed and with all listed items. As well as bonus free herbs. My EO distiller arrived quickly. All pieces were carefully packed. Nothing broken. The distiller is so shiny! It's clear there was great care and pride put into the design. It did not come with instructions, HOWEVER it was quite easy to assemble. The website had picture instructions that I printed to keep with my distiller. My sons were amazed with the distilling process (as was I). Everything about this product is great!
