Alambicco di qualitá eccelsa, ben strutturato e studiato. Well, I don't normally participate in product reviews of any type, but since Yurii has been exemplary with his product support, and because the small still that I had purchased is serving it's purpose without fault, I am willing to share my opinions with other prospective purchasers. First off, Yurii had shipped me the still soon after making payment, and it arrived all of the way to Canada intact, without damage, and it only took a week to get to me! This fast shipping is noteworthy in itself. This still has a boiler capacity of just 2.4 litres, and this is a perfect size for distilling one litre gin recipes. A very nice design build allows for botanicals to be placed within the column for vapour distillation, along with distilling macerated botanicals that are best suited for distilling within the boiler charge itself. If you make gin, you will appreciate this. The design of the still is well thought out. It is compact, easy to assemble, easy to clean, and very easy to use and easy to achieve the distilling success that one expects to be capable of achieving. It is sturdy, cleanly built, and simply just does what it is meant to do, without useless "bling". I will make one suggestion however, regarding heating and use on a modern stove top, that like I, many others will choose as the preferred heat source for these diminutive stills and the distillation of spirits. Stove top elements constantly cycle on and off, to "maintain" a say...... medium heat. When cooking food, this constant cycling on / off / on again is not an issue, but when distilling spirits, it is. It causes the pot still to "surge" and smearing of heads, hearts and tails results. To mitigate this surging effect on my stove top, I have placed 1/4" thick solid copper flat bar between the stove element and the still boiler. The solid copper flat bar works as a heat sink, helping to even-out the stove element temperature cycling, so no surging effect is noted when distilling. Perhaps, as an option, Yurii could offer a 1/4" thick solid copper boiler bottom, to those of us who will be using a stove top as the heating source. Yes, it would cost more, but, IMO, it would be money well spent. Or..... one could do as I have, and source a heavy chunk of copper or even aluminum plate to achieve this non-surging result. I do expect to be using this little gem of a gin still, for many years to come! Thank you to Yurii and his Copper Pro Team for producing and making available to we small batch recipe distillers, the "real deal", that we can depend upon to achieving our personal distilling successes.

Purtroppo il mio alambicco è arrivato rovinato e ammaccato, imballaggio più che dozzinale, ma non pretendo nulla, trattenuto in dogana più di 20 giorni e prezzo esorbitante per sdoganarlo, di alambicchi diciamo ho visto di meglio, niente di così speciale
