Commercial essential oil distiller 220Gal (830L)
New still with a total volume of 220 gallons or 830 liters.
We learned a lot from our clients who has got from us our Copperpro commercial distiller of 75 gallons or 280 l. Today we make one more step developing our commercial range stills.
It took us quite some time to develop this model as we could not do copypaste from our smaller model. We have had 2 other setup option of this distiller before we developed this one, which is in our mind is the most efficient one taking into consideration the scale.
So besides all the strong points of out earlier commercial distillers like
- reliable welding joints
- well designed essential oil separators
- wheels for motions of the set withing the workshop
- efficient cooler and others
we have changed the loading and unloading system for the distiller.
Considerthe scale for 220 gal model we use electric telfer – engine raising and lowering the bascet. The basket shape was changed accordingly to make the loading process smooth and easy.

THE DISTILLER KIT CONSISTS OF:
1. 220 gal / 830 l tank with water level, lid, thermometer and pressure gauge - 1 pc.
2. Main essential oil separator - 1 pc.
3. Additional oil separator, copper – 1 pc.
4. Stand - 1 pc.
5. Steam pipe - 1 pc.
6. Tank holding clamps with the handle for horizontal fixation of the tank - 1 pc.
7. Sieve - 1 pc.
8. Stand for a sieve for 13 gal / 50 l - 1 pc.
9. Gas burner - 1 pc.
10. Heater 3 kW/220V or 1,5 kW/110V - 1 pc - to be paid additionally
11. Heater 4 kW/220V or 2 kW/110V - 1 pc - to be paid additionally
12. Plugs/end caps - 2 pcs.
13. Cooler - 1 pc

Can I use it for hydrolats?
Yes, you can. The distillation process is the same
Is the indoor layer as copper or steel?
It’s copper inside
The circulating water to convert the steam to liquid needs water pipes to recooling. They are in the box?
Yes, the package includes silicon tubes to connect and supply the condenser with recooling water.
To put in circulating cool water at work it needs a water pump. It is in the box?
No, the pump is not included. The essential oil maker is meant to be used with water tap by using central water systems.
Copper work on Induction electrical heater?
No, copper distiller doesn’t work on induction electrical heater. In the case of using an induction heater, you have to buy an adapter. However, it will be cheaper to buy an electrical one.
