Shipping policy

International Shipments & Freight Forwarding:

International buyers please contact us before you purchase, as the website may not calculate shipping properly our larger equipment. All international orders within size limitations will be shipped USPS priority Mail International (6-10 business days).

There is a small chance that it might take up to 15 days or longer, once your payment is confirmed, to receive your new items. Though 90% of shipments arrive within 10 days or less, we do not personally deliver the products.  

We have shipped our stills and parts of stills all over the world without ever having any problems with customs. Customs forms for items shipped through regular mail will be labelled as “copper pipe & parts”.  

Shipping: In order to help avoid mail theft, all orders will be shipped to you discreetly with the business owners name on the mailing label. Packaging will be plain. In order to keep shipping costs down, we use recycled packing materials & newspaper for packing.

We ship by carrier Nova Post, DPD, UPS, FedEx

How long does standard shipping take:

USA(Nova Post) - 6-14 days

Australia (Nova Post) - 14 -16 days 

Europe (DPD) -  10-14 days 

United Kingdom  (Nova Post) - 10-14 days 

Canada (Nova Post)  - 10-14 days
