I am obsessed with how beautiful this is, I haven’t had the chance to use it yet because my lavender isn’t in season but I cannot wait. I had a minor issue when it arrived but customer service was phenomenal. When the time comes to upgrade to a larger size, I will absolutely be buying copper pro again

love how easy the still is to use YW, I made a lovley rose water yesterday. Harvested at first light and distilled immediately. It's smells amazing. I also love how easy the still is to use and clean.

customer service is excellent As a naturopathic doctor, I am passionate about connecting with and learning from plant medicine. Simple to set up and use & easy to clean as well We love our copper essential oil distiller. We have the 20 L still with the electric heating element and and it is perfect for us. It is simple to set up and use & easy to clean as well. It is so efficient that we always get a very nice yield and quality of essential oil and hydrosol. And it is so beautiful that is it always out on a shelf as part of our home decor when it is not being used.

No, the pump is not included. The essential oil maker is meant to be used with water tap by using central water systems.
No, copper distiller doesn’t work on induction electrical heater. In the case of using an induction heater, you have to buy an adapter. However, it will be cheaper to buy an electrical one.
